Details about the written exam along with information of exam hall will be published soon by Bangladesh Public Service Commission. 35th BCS Preliminary Exam Result was Published on 8th April, 2015. A total of 20,391 candidates passed the preliminary Exam of Bangladesh Public Service Commission. On 06 March, 2014 total 244,107 examinees took part in preliminary test.

35th BCS MCQ Exam date Re-sheduled due to an unavoidable circumstances. A press released has been published on 30th December, 2014 by BPSC which declares that upcoming 35th BCS MCQ exam date has been re-scheduled and the new date is 6th March, 2015 at 9.30am.

33rd BCS New Appointment of 157 more by the Govt.

33rd BCS New Appointment of 157 more by the Govt recently. The candidates who didn't get any cadre post on 33rd BCS after getting passed at that time have got another chance to be a cadre, but the number of successful cadre is 157.

An order issued by the Ministry of Public Administration assured that 157 33rd BCS passed candidates have been appointed at some entry-level posts of different cadres. PSC, Public Service Commission have been recommended to the appointments of those 157 cadres.
PSC declares that "Confirmation of services of the job-seekers remained suspended due to delay in submission of medical and intelligence reports on them and complexity over addresses".

The new appointees of different cadres are of 140 in health cadre, 4 in Administration and 4 in General cadre, 3 in police and 2 in Taxation cadre, 1 each in public works and livestock cadres.

Newly selected cadres have been asked to the relevant ministries by November 2, 2014. It is to be noted that PSC had recommended for 8,529 cadres from the 33rd BCS in Bangladesh.

35th BCS exams likely under new rules-The Financial Express News

In an effort to modernise the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination system, the government has planned to formulate new BCS examination rules which could be made effective from the 35th BCS examinations. The Public Service Commission (PSC) has already sent a proposal to the Public Administration Ministry in this regard, according to official sources.

 As per the annual report of the Public Service Commission-2013, the BCS Examination Rules-2013 will be formulated in Bangla. According to the proposal mentioned in the report, the BCS preliminary examination will be of 300 marks while the duration 3 hours against the present marks of 100 and the one-hour duration. The examination fee will be Tk 700 instead of the existing Tk 500, while the fee for the tribal candidates will be Tk 250 instead of the existing Tk 50. In the proposed rules, the first paper examinations of all subjects will be of 200 marks, while the duration three hours and the second papers of all subjects will be of 100 marks and the duration three hours, according to UNB.
